Salmon Filet With Wine

  • 2 Salmon filets
  • 1/2 Glass Dry white wine
  • Honey mustard
  • 1/2 Lemon juice and lemon slices

prep / directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lay salmon on individual sheets of aluminum foil; splash filets with wine and brush thin layer of mustard on top along with salt and pepper; squeeze lemon juice over filets and top with lemon slices. Wrap foil package tightly and place on baking pan in the oven for 20 minutes. Serve with rice.
