Easy Baked Ham

Adapted from the Barefoot Contessa cookbook, this is the perfect centerpiece for a festive occasion with friends. If you add small potatoes to the roasting pan for the final 30 minutes and serve a simple green salad or broccoli on the side, you’ll be the mastermind of a great party!

ingredients

  • 1 (6 to 7-pound) Smoked ham fully cooked, spiral-cut
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 4 Ounces mango chutney
  • 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 Cup Light brown sugar , packed
  • 1 Zest Orange
  • 1/8 Cup Freshly squeezed orange juice

prep / directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place the ham in a heavy roasting pan. Mince the garlic in a food processor fitted with the steel blade. Add the chutney, mustard, brown sugar, orange zest, and orange juice and process until smooth. Pour the glaze over the ham and bake for 1 hour, until the ham is fully heated and the glaze is well browned. Serve hot or at room temperature.
