Chicken Breast with Wine & Herbs

4-Ingredient Dinner

ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • kosher salt & black pepper
  • 1 Large spoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 Glass White wine
  • sprig fresh rosemary and/or thyme or good pinch dry

prep / directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place breasts on individual sheets of aluminum foil and sprinkle with salt & pepper; splash with wine, brush with mustard and spread herbs over each. Wrap foil into tight packets and bake in oven for 20 minutes. Serve over rice or buttered angel hair pasta if you like.
