Chicken Breast Mexican-Style

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 Small jar (about 14-oz) Salsa , of good quality
  • 1 Good pinch Cayenne pepper or hot pepper flakes

prep / directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt & pepper and place in baking dish or pan. Cover chicken with the salsa mixed with cayenne or pepper flakes and bake for 25-30 minutes. Serve with rice or buttered pasta like linguini or egg noodles.
