Beer Braised Pork Chop

4-Ingredient Dinner


  • 2 Pork Chops or pork loins
  • 1 Medium Onion chopped
  • 1 Can or bottle Beer , preferably full bodied for more flavor

prep / directions

Brown pork chops in olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat, about 3 minutes per side; Add chopped onion and cook a few minutes more until wilted. Add beer to the pan, reduce heat to low and simmer 25-30 minutes until chops are cooked through and sauce is rich and thick.
