Asian Style Salmon Filet

4-Ingredient Dinner


  • 2 Salmon filets or steaks
  • 4 Spoons each of soy and hoisin sauce, if available
  • Good pinch Fresh ginger (or dry)
  • Juice of half a lemon

Preheat oven to 375 degrees; mix lemon juice, soy sauce and hoisin sauce and ginger in a dish and marinate salmon for a few minutes in the marinade; place salmon in a baking dish or pan and bake in the oven for 6 minutes per side; serve with rice.
