A nice twist on the standard grilled tuna steak, this recipe adds a spicy tomato salsa for extra flavor. If a grill isn’t handy you can bake the tuna in the oven for 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Serve with a green vegetable like asparagus or broccoli, or add a baked potato.
