Fast Crab Soup

If you can open a can, you’ll be able make this tasty version of crab soup in about 10 minutes. It’s perfect for a winter night when you’re really on the go.


  • Can Campbell’s Condensed Pea Soup
  • 1 Can Campbell’s Condensed Cream of Tomato Soup
  • 2 Cans Milk (better than water)
  • 1 Can (6 oz) Crab Meat , drained of its liquid
  • 1 Dash Tabasco sauce or other hot sauce
  • Grind Black Pepper

Prepare the pea and tomato soup by emptying the condensed soup into a pot and adding the two cups of milk. Bring to a gentle simmer on the stove, then add the crab meat, a dash of the hot sauce and a few grinds of black pepper. Stir and simmer for another minute and serve. If you want to make this a bit more homemade, you can add a pinch of thyme at the end. How easy is this!
