Hey Guys, I'm making orecchiette with broccoli rabe but I couldn't find any in the grocery store. Anyone have any suggestions for alternatives?
My mother, who is a great cook, says to try Chinese broccoli, dandelion greens, Swiss chard or Kale. She also says you can use regular broccoli but it takes longer to cook and doesn't' have as strong a taste.
